:: Contamination of foreign materials is very low, that is below 0.03%.
:: Consistency in specifications of Physical & Chemical properties.
:: Packed as 25Kg bales and wrapped in LDPE bags. |
Advantages
The raw material used is Fresh Field Latex, which is collected from growers / planters estates and homogenized at factory and then coagulated in coagulation tanks. The coagulam is then milled in creping machines and the crepe so obtained is finally milled in Hammer Mills to form crumbs. The crumbs collected in crumb collection tanks, washed and dried in drier at optimum temperature. Dried crumbs are weighed to 25 Kilograms and pressed in Hydraulic Press to make Block Rubber. The Block so produced is then wrapped in LDPE bags. Samples collected from 10% of blocks are tested at own laboratory for the specifications of physical and Chemical properties. |

::
Processed from field coagulam
:: Dark brown in colour
:: Quality equivalent to RSS - 4 grade
:: Consistency in specifications of Physical & Chemical properties
:: Low mastication time and savings in power compared to RSS
:: Packed as 25 Kg bales and Wrapped in LDPE bags. |
Advantages
These are most competitive grades of ISNR available in the market. The raw material used for the production of these grades are field coagulam mainly Tree lace and Cup lumps. The main process steps are raw material selection, soaking, pre-cleaning, blending size reduction, crumbing, final washing, drying, baling and packing.
The raw material collected from planters Estates or from growers are brought to factory and primary sorting is done for removal of foreign materials. Blended field coagulam is then soaked in soaking tank for nearly 24 hours and milled in prebreker for pre clearing and collected in primary blending tank. After getting blended it is then milled in 1st Hammer Mill and collected and again blended in secondary blending tank. The washings done at the primary and secondary blending tank is then passed through six creping machines for size reduction.
As well as dirt removal and then finally milled in 2nd Hammer mill and the fine crumb so obtained is collected in crumb collection tank. The crumbs are then filled in boxes and dried in drier at optimum temperature.
The dried crumbs from boxes are weighed to 25 Kg and pressed in Hyraulic press to form Block Rubber.
The Block so produced is then wrapped in LDPE bags. Samples collected from 10% of blocks are tested at own laboratory for the specifications of Physical and Chemical properties.
