The management and Administration of the Company vests in the board of directors consisting of Fifteen Members headed by Chairman Mr. E. Narayanan and Managing Director Mr. Jacob D Mathew.
Mr. E.Narayanan - Chairman, Rubco Group Undertaking
Mr. E. Narayanan started his public life as a Co-operator, 45 years back. At that time he was the President of ‘Mannayad Multi Purpose Co-operative Society and now it has developed as ‘Vadakkumbad Service Co-op. Bank, During 1970 he was shifted his activities at Tellicherry town and he was elected as the President of Tellicherry Co-operative Town Bank and President of Tellicherry Dinesh Beedi Workers Industrial Co-operative Society. He was continued 15 years in the President’s chair. In 1980 he was elected as the Municipal Chairman of Tellicherry Municipality. This time he was also elected as Managing Committee Member of Kerala State Co-operative Union. In 1980 he received “SADANANDA PURASKAR’ the best “Sahakari’ award in the State.
In 1987 started a Co-operative Hospital named “Tellicherry Co-operative Hospital. He was elected as President of Tellicherry Co-operative Hospital from 1993 to 2008. Now he is continuing as a Director. Now the hospital in the most reputed Co-operative hospital in Kerala. 1998 formed as apex organization for all Co-operative Hospitals in Kerala named ”Kerala Co-operative Hospital Federation” and he was elected as “Chairman” and still continuing. 1n 1996 he was the Chairman of the ‘Committee’ appointed by the Kerala Government to study the problems of Co-operative hospitals in Kerala. In 1990 he was elected as President of Kannur District Co-operative Bank.
Major efforts of Mr. E. Narayanan, a stalwart in the Co-operative Sector in Kerala is the “Chairman” of RUBCO Group Companies , which is an International Co-operative Institution for promoting Rubber Industry. Now, he has also the “Chairman” of Kerala State Co-operation Union and he has elected second time as “Vice Chairman” of Asia Pacific Health Co-operative Organisation (APHCO).
He received many awards like Best Sahakari Award, Rashtriya Rathan Award, Chamber of Commerce Award, Jaycees Award and Rotary award.

Mr. Jacob D. Mathew - Managing Director, Rubco Group of Companies
Mr. Jacob D. Mathew, the Managing Director of the RUBCO Group of Companies has got more than 35 years’ of experience in the setting up of and managing various organizations in the Co-operative Sector. He began his career as the Chief Executive of Raidco Kerala Ltd. in the year 1973. Raidco was set up as farmers’ co-operative society for the manufacture of various agro machineries and equipments. Within 3 years of joining Raidco, Mr. Mathew took over charge as its Managing Director and Raidco had a stupendous growth permeating the geographical limits and became a State level co-operative entity under his leadership.
Mr. Mathew is the founder Managing Director of Kerala State Rubber Co-operative Ltd, popularly known as Rubco. Within a short span of 10 years he could establish 5 numbers of Rubber and Rubber Wood based manufacturing Units and made a strong foot fold in Indian Rubber Industry. At present, he is in the anvil of setting up of three more new Rubber based industries. He was also instrumental for bringing the Direct Micro Expelling (DME) Australian Technology for the first to India and could establish a strong manufacturing and marketing network. With his visionary and leadership qualities Rubco products and its brand has got an International reputation.
